About Mekion

Mekion and The Bimo Project were created to address a modern challenge: loneliness. Many people turn to pets for comfort but encounter significant obstacles that make it impossible, such as: housing rules, busy schedules or health issues.

I believe meaningful companionship should be within everyone’s reach, especially for those whose lives don’t allow for a traditional pet. With today’s advances in robotics and AI, I saw the chance to build more than just another machine: a companion that offers warmth, presence, and emotional support when it’s needed most.

My mission is simple: use advanced, human-centered technology to create happier, more connected lives. When technology truly understands us, it can do more than impress, it can help us feel whole.
